I have a spare used key fob if you can gain access to the car by rigging up a wire coat hanger with a hook at one end to slip between the door and door jam work your way over to the door handle inside the car to unlock it. Just need to pull the handle about an inch out and it will unlock the door. Helps to have someone on the other side of the car to guide you.
If you're thinking of using the Ebay techstream tool I can tell you right now that it will not work on used keys. That cracked tool can only register brand new key fobs, if you want to register a used key fob/credit card key you would have to take the car to the dealer.

I had no idea you can do this. Is it easy to register a brand new key fob using the ebay techstream tool? Is there a diy anywhere that I can follow? I was planning on disabling my drl's anyway so it would be nice to kill two birds with one stone and save some money.
