doesnt look abnormal to me at all. the auto level doing what its suppose to be doing. granted ill say mine, both lights move in unison, but it doesnt look like anything malfunctioning
looks normal too me, auto leveling doing its job. My old is250 did this and so dose my isf. Even my bimmer dose this when i start the car at night and turn on my headlights.
My car just started to do this too. Both headlights used to go up and down the same amount but now the drivers side goes lower just like your video. What did the dealer say? Anyone else know why this is??

Doesn't it make sense for the driver side to be lower, so that oncoming traffic is not blinded?
Took it to the dealer they are checking it out. My GS doesn't do this, nor does my friends IS. They are both in sync.
The light movements when you turn on your car is part of the car's check for the motors to ensure that they are in working order. Normally the amount of movement up-down and left-right should be about equal for both passenger and driver's side. After this check, your headlights should line back-up like how it is shown in your video so that is re-assuring.
Like others have stipulated, it could be the sensor for the passenger side is off height adjustment or that the motor isn't binding and not getting full range of motion on the passenger side. Let us know what you dealer finds.
