Default Daddy needs some new shoes!

Just bought 2010 IS250 pearl white and it needs some wheels!

Never bought wheels before so I need some advice. I like the price and look of these 2, both come with tires (ebay listing is staggered). Should I go staggered? Which is a better brand? Which is better looking to you? Is buying a tire package with them the way to go? Best offer?

Thanks guys!

Found on ebay staggered with tires:

The curva 7's look better than the other. However i think you might be better off with some Nichie wheels. is a good midrange wheel.

The Nichie ones I found are $200 more. One set says High offset and the other says Low offset. I have the RWD. Which is better and would you pay $200 more for the Nichie?

This website doesn't even mention offset. Try wheelstudio.com, great prices and free shipping - with good recommendations based on vehicle. Be aware that even if you have the wheels mounted with tires, you'll have to remount them in order to place your TPMS sensors in there.

First.... you need to know what kind of wheels you really like then you can find the best deal out there.
Looks like you want the concave look. how much are you willing to put into your wheels? also do you have a problem with brand name wheels or jus any brand.
The isx50 line is usually best if you run a staggered set up.
At least thats what most people i see on the forums doing.
You also need to know if the wheels that you are ordering are gonna need a fender roll if you drop you ride too.
Before you order those wheels you should do some research on who has those wheels on their car and if they needed to do work on it.
At least thats what i did before i bought my rims.

That's why I ask. So, no point in getting mounted. I'm having a hard time finding 19" wheels from wheelstudio even if I use the filter. Is it me?

I know I want a staggered set up. Brand doesn't matter as long as they are not cheap. I plan on doing a 2" drop all around. Nothing to crazy.

Thanks for the help guys! Should be picking up my car today!

Some vendors on here offer packages...You can also look into tire rack, carid.... What kinda money you looking to spend? I would personally look in the wheel classifieds to see if you can pick up a members old set of wheels that may be ur best bet. Good Price on a nice set of wheels.
