Aftermarket wheel fitment and opinion
I have researched so much about different wheels for the IS350 2006, I like the look of the following wheels and would like to hear if they fit the car without much modifications. Will they clear the brake too?
I already have brand new Continental DWS 225/40R18 front and 255/40R18 rear. All wheels will be 5x114.3 bolt pattern. I would like them to be flush and not too aggressive.
1. Enkei Raijin 18x8.5 +38mm front, 18x8.5 +35mm rear (specs recommended by Tirerack) or 18x8.5 +35 front and 18x9.5 +35 rear.
2. TSW Nurburgring 18x8.5 +45mm front, 18x9.5 +40 rear.
3. Miro 112 18x8.5 +35mm all around (can we use different size for tires in front and back?)
4. XXR 530 18x8.75 +33 all around (can we use different size for tires in front and back?)
Thanks.

Like sffd103 said for quality the first 2, as far as fitment I believe stock offset is +45 so they should all clear brakes... Now the TSW will look sunked in the Enkeis will be a little more flush, the best flush will be from the XXRs as far as tires in the last 2 yes you can use different sizes is just the rear will be more squared if you are not going for a stretch look, IMO I would go with 18x9.5 in the rear since you have wider tires for the back

I really appreciate all your reply. Yeah definitely, 1 and 2 are higher quality and more expensive. 1,2, 4 look very very similar but somehow XXR looks best and cheapest.
The car has stock height, if i go with XXR 18x8.75 +33 all around together with 225/40R18 front and 255/40R18 rear tires, will this rub or require rolling fender? Any picture of similar set up like this on ISx50?
You mentioned TSW look sunked in, are they like the stock? Also, what do you mean by "more squared"? Do you have pictures to demonstrate this?

i would vote either #1 or #2 just on quality of wheesl alone. but offset doesnt always mean they will clear the IS350 front brakes. the xxr im almost positive will clear because all of their wheels are high disk for the most part... i would research just a tad more because how big the 4 piston front brake is on the is350, there are alot wheels you will need spacers for or just need the right disk for the wheels to clear
then on top of all that if you are going to use your current tire sizing, you have to factor in its gonna be a very square tire setup so if you are lowered at all rubbing might become a factor as well. kind of like if you have the stock 18" wheels and put a spacer on them. the stock 18's are
18x8 +45
18x8.5 +50

Square look is what your stock tires look on your stock wheels, stretched is like the following picture... If you go square you will most likely need some fender rolling if you go stretched you could get away with a lowered car on springs and not have to roll if any it would bea tiny bit... Thats why im saying you should go 18x9.5 in the Rear

After several weeks of research, I finally chose TSW Nurburgring.
XXR and Miro seem to be having a lot of negative reviews regarding quality. Therefore, down to Enkei vs. TSW. Enkei seems to be everyone's pick over TSW. Enkei's one is a bit pricier than the TSW. However, I like the look of the TSW one and get a pretty good deal from our CL vendor Need4Speed so i jumped on the deal.
I was also considering the MRR GF07 which are concave in design and also machined silver. This one actually looks the best among all I was considering. However, that set is in back order. I don't want to wait 6 weeks for that.

When you drop it you will need a roll and slight pull in the rear... The front you will have to cut and redrill bumper tab or cut off completely and throw some JDM fasteners by password JDM... Wheels look great though kind of hard to see them though thats why I powdered mine in Gold to make the car pop a little more

Im actually on Coils and my offset is +22 All around... But when I first lowered my car I did the same drop as springs and I rubbed all over the place... Had to do a pull and remove my bumper tabs then I was able to drop it to a slight tire tuck all around im still rubbing so next is some camber arms... Do you know how much your springs will drop you? Since that picture I lowered my car some more but where I sit now is as fas I'll go till I get some camber arms

H techs claim .6 rear and 1 in the front I believe. I can see where I'm going to need to roll and pull the rear. I'm just looking to close the gap in the front some. Rear doesn't look to bad to me. I don't like the rear even with the lip of the rim.
