Yes I replaced those as well. I went with all VLEd's.

Don't recommend drilling a hole to the cover... Rather take apart the decoder cover and place it in.

finally got my kit on from IJDM. works good so far. the case that in came in is too big so I just left the dust cap off.

Like I said before you can fit it in the housing with a little push and pulling on the housing if not do what others did and remove the case
