Passenger Airbag Light & Seatbelt Alarm / Heated Seats Dial
Hi,
Problem 1: When I have a passenger in my car and they exit the vehicle the passenger airbag light stays on and the seat bell alarm goes off for roughly 45 seconds before realizing there is no one in the seat anymore.
I was curious if this was "normal" to me it should seem the sensors should know immediately there is no weight in the seat.
Problem 2: This IS is brand new "to me" and I found my heated seats dial very difficult to turn. I think I may have used too much force. The dial now spins as I would expect. Not easily but certainly not needed to be forced. However, the heated seat no longer works . Any ideas?

The heated seats dial should not be difficult to turn at all. My car is 7 years old, and the dial still works like a charm. You should have it checked out if you are still under warranty--both issues.
