Help with Flyaudio!

Hey guys, I was wondering if any of you had any info on this. I've found some information but not enough...
So my OEM Navigation/Radio Unit completely shut off (no power, screen doesn't work and none of the buttons) I was wondering if it was possible to buy a Fly Audio unit and replace it with the OEM Navi, do they include a harness for the people that have the OEM navigation?

I've read thats its been done before, but he changed the j53 connector to a j54.

My radio turned off, like it just shorted out, clock doesnt work anymore, the only thing that works on the whole unit is the hazards.
