Squeak after my car is lifted?
I've noticed that almost every time my car gets lifted for service, I'll get a squeak in my rear passenger side suspension. I have Megan EZ coilovers and the F-Sport rear sway bar. The squeak sounds like a squeaky mattress when I drive 5 mph or less over uneven pavement.
One time it went away immediately after I rolled the rear end onto rhino ramps and re-torqued all the bolts, but another time I tried doing the same thing and nothing. I told Lexus about it when I had my cam gear recall done, and they looked at it and couldn't find anything, just said I had noisy aftermarket coilovers (but whatever they did do made the squeak go away).
Just today I had my tire patched and they jacked up one side of my rear pretty high (way higher than needed to get the wheel off), and sure enough the squeak is back.
Anyone have any ideas what might be happening here?

does it sound kinda like 2 pieces of plastic are popping? or hitting together? or maybe metallic in sound, like a pop? I am having the SAME problem in my driver side (rear i think), and it sounds like my suspension. I took my back strut off to make sure everything was secure and lined up, and sure enough it was. I have no idea what is going on with it.

I had Ksports on my old car and they had a rubber on the springs where the tophats and perches met. Does Megan EZ coilovers have that?
Also have you adjusted the preload on the springs? Squeek can sometimes be spring a little loose bouncing around on the perches rubbing against metal

I adjusted my rear damper settings to be harder by 5 more clicks. After one day the squeak was greatly reduced and then after two days virtually gone. I'm not sure why this would fix it (didn't adjust the pre-load or mess with the spring in any way). Maybe it's purely coincidence and it fixed itself, but it's gone (for now). I'll see if it comes back again the next time it's lifted.
