Default how to cover up these holes?

just picked up a used '12 350 today, previous owner drilled the plates into the bumper...

I know in my previous cars (civic, prelude, tax) Honda makes license plate plugs for this reason exactly, if they don't make these has anyone found a solution than buying a new bumper?

only other solution i can think of is to have a bodyshop fill in the holes for you. when i had my front bumper and front lip resprayed at once, i had my painter fill in the holes for me
