Door actuator??
I'm thinking this may be the door actuator but before I bring it in, I want to be sure I'm not missing some crazy setting.
My '07 IS250's door locks have intermittently had this problem up until a few days ago. Now, the only door that unlocks is the driver side door every time without fail. The key fob only unlocks the driver's side (even when I try opening the passenger door handle first to unlock them all like it used to do, it still only unlocks the drivers side.) The inside door unlock button on the drivers door will only unlock the drivers door. It doesn't unlock any of the other doors. Also, the lock button on the passenger door isn't unlocking them either. I hear the click when using both of them and with the key fob but those three doors (passenger and both rear) do not unlock. The only way I can unlock them for the past few days is to flip the lock itself above the inside handle. Is it the actuator? I assumed (although admittedly I don't know much about door actuators) that since it is three doors doing this and not just one that it was a setting of some sort.
I've tried a few setting changes with the key fob I found on here but nothing has worked. Any ideas?

I don't think all three door lock actuators would go bad simultaneously. Have you tried using another key fob? batteries could be going bad. Your driver side master switch could be the culprit as well.
If one actuator is remaining locked or unlocked and its giving the signal to the PCM, this might cause the others to stay the same as well.
I would use tech stream and see if the master switch is commanding the others to unlock and lock.

Have you checked the fuses?
Also try pressing both lock and unlock on the FOB at the same time while your in the car. It toggles the unlock driver only and unlock all doors function. Try that and see if it works or changes anything.
