today i will change spark plugs. what else do i need to do for 100k miled 06 IS350??

If i were you: i will do the following:
1. Spark plugs change
2. Oil
3. AC filter & engine filter
4. rear differential oil change
5. Check battery (change if needed)
6. Brake fluid change
7. Check brade pads/rotors
8. Coolant flush
9. PCV valve change (cheap)
10. Full wash/clay/polish/wax detailing
11. Check tires tread life
12. Clean throttle body

This might be an overkill but I rather be safe than sorry. I am just meticulous when it comes to maintenance.

I did everything FsportIS mentioned by myself and saved a lot of money. I also paid $300 to have the dealer exchanged about 6L of tranny fluid from the transmission. I hope my car will be trouble tree for the next 100k miles.
