Talking Help me decided on offsets and tire size.

I'm trying to look at the xxr 527 18x8.75 with 225/40/18 or 225/35/18 and which offset will be best but I couldn't find what I was looking for. I'm wondering what offset should I get, +20/+35? Will the tire size be good or should I go with 225/35/18? I'm not sure how much +20 will stick out more or should I get +35 to tuck in the tires?

I have megan ez coils on now and wanting to lower it so I can get the tires to tuck in the fenders without having to do any camber or anything besides rolling my fenders. Would +35 the way to go or will I still have room for +20?

I've already order xxr 530 8x8.75 +35 with 235/35/19 which is my plan but they are on back order for who knows how long so my second choice is the 527's but in 18''x8.75.

Any suggestions or picture will be great.

Thank you.
