The factory AUX input in my 2006 IS350 is not working....has anybody had this problem and is there a fix for this without going to dealer...thanks

It won't switch to AUX unless there's an AUX cable plugged in.

there is also an updated aux input for the older 2IS that cancells the white noise you hear when you have an aux cord plugged up. may want to go with that if you having issues with your current outlet.

Cord could be faulty.

This is what happened to me.

The armrest kept bending the aux cable and eventually it no longer worked. Got one that doesn't hit the armrest and no more problems.

Yeah mine doesn't work either, I have 09 is250. I went thru 3 different cords thinking that was the problem but it's just the little outlet box thing in the arm rest. I'd like to know how to fix that because just the radio is torture haha
