Default Side View Mirrors help

Hey guys for some reason whenever i set my side mirrors and after i come out of reverse (where my mirrors would tilt down to the floor), they would end up in a different position. Usually they'll end up pointing higher than usual

I had the deal try and trouble shoot this the entire period of my warranty--no luck.

The only thing I was able to do is, every few months, gently push the mirror all the way up with your hand, then all the way down, a couple of times, then right and left.
