Toyota. I take my own synthetic oil and genuine filter in, and they charge me $15 for my LS460L.

I quoted $39.99 at Toyota and $89.99 at Lexus.

Go wherever is synthetic.
I usually DIY. But if no access to tools, then i usually just bring my oil and filter to a regular place and have them change it using the provided supplies.

I'll usually bring in my own synthetic oil and filter to Lexus and pay a flat rate of $17 plus tax for the oil change.
While I'm waiting at the Lexus dealership, I'll eat a bunch of the yogurt supply and drink as much of the Starbucks coffee that I can chug while enjoying their available massage chairs. I guess you can say I get my money's worth.
