some ******* scratched my car bad
I am suicidal right now I'm so ****ing mad. I went grocery shopping tonight came out and was putting bags in my back seat passenger side and I saw a 1" x 3" section on my rear wheel fender on the flat part right above the wheel that had about 10 deep to the metal scratches. Im having a panic attack. I've had my car for less then 2k miles and some ********** scratches it and leaves? I don't even know what to do at this point I'm so upset. I feel sick.

Lots of grocery store parking lots have video surveillance. I would ask the market whether they do, and if so ask that they review the footage to see what happened to your car.

That is nothing compared to what happened to my car when it was less than one year old with less than 7k miles on the odometer. Every body panel except the trunk and roof was keyed. Your insurance should cover it. Repainting the damage on my car cost my insurance nearly $7k.
What I do now is drive my S2000 (which I bought used so I don't care too much about dings and scratches) in places where I know there is a high probability of damage.

Sorry to hear that.
You can try comprehensive coverage from your insurance. If no luck, pay out of pocket for repaint which might cost you hundreds.
Another less expensive route would be Dr Colorchip. http://www.drcolorchip.com/
I have used this touch up my friend's car on their front bumper and it is wonderful to fix rock chips.
