I need Paint!!
Hey guys,
So I am going to be honest, this is my first japanese car I have ever owned. I've always been a VW / Audi guy. But anyways I have a 06' AWD 250 and I need to repaint the front bumper, long story short the wifey hit some type of debris on the freeway a few months back and it just tore up the paint by the passenger fog light and I think I will need more then just a touch up pen haha. So my question is where is a good place to get some oem paint and clear coat so I can get it all fixed up.
Also I have been reading up on the AWD and it looks like there really isn't much for a AWD 250? I was thinking weight reduction, and looks like i can really only do Intake and cat-back am I right?

Unless you actually know how to paint (which I am guessing you do not since you are asking where to get the paint), I would recommend taking it to 3 body shops and get 3 quotes.
Or just touch it up as a temp fix.
Post a pic of the damage.

I definitely second that.just take it to a shop that knows how to paint they shouldn't charge you more than 200to 300 to repaint the bumper. Unfortunately you will be slightly over charged because we drive a Lexus

Ive got a bodyshop in el monte. If not a pearl white the. You are looking at about $350 to repaint the bumper. Color will match 99% to oem. Let me know if u need it. We r also a 5 star yelp reviewed bodyshop in the area.

I have a friend actually who has his own paint booth at his house. My plan is to maybe get it done in over the weekend. He's going to help me sand it and all that. I just am going to show up with the paint and of guinness a nice supply of Samuel Adams Oktoberfest!
Is paintscratch.com a good place to get paint then?
