Default Navigation DVD problem

Hello, so i thought i should update my gps maps, after i got my DVD with updated maps, i took out the old one, and tryed to insert new one, but after 2-3 seconds of spinning, it will spit out the dvd, it does the same thing with the old dvd too (it does some sort of clicking sound), maybe anyone of u know a solution for this?

Is this one of those burned copies or a true OEM NAV disk?

I have an Original one and a burned copy, none of them works.

There was an Original DVD, i took it out, tryed to put it back, but it started to spit it out, then i burned a copy to another DVD - problem is the same. Have no idea what to do...
