you can take the stock air box out and attach a cone filter but there isn't a bracket attached to the pipe to help keep the pipe from sagging down. the rubber coupler is not strong enough to keep the pipe with a cone filter up.
If you're looking for more sound and some "extra airflow" if there is any, you could always just a cut a hole in the lower portion of the stock airbox or swap it to the lower portion of F=sport intake. Other than that AFE, Takeda, Injen, etc. would be your best bet for a true SRI
