Anyone feel that when your in the passenger of a car and the drive floors it you get that fizzy feeling in your stomach, but when your driving you don't get the feeling? I noticed this with the is350 today. It pulls harder when your the passenger lol.

Absolutely.

I think it's an added feeling of not being in control, makes the ride a little more thrilling and scary, which somehow enhances the feeling of acceleration hehe.

Good God, it must feel ridiculous in my passenger seat. There's times when I am driving and I go "holy ****..." Some days this cars power still wows me.

I think when you're driving, you anticipate the acceleration.

Just like I notice other people jerk forward more than I do when I'm driving a stick and go to shift. But when I'm riding with someone who's driving a stick, I feel like I'm all over the place during shifts.

I don't feel it pulls harder. However, the sense of speed on the passenger side is more intense, 40 MPH on the driver's side feels like 50 MPH on the passenger's side and 70 MPH on the driver's side feels like 80 MPH on the passenger's side.

Try to guess the speed and then look at the speed odometer. I can guess the speed way more accurately on the driver's side with the help of my feet feel on the gas peddle and the engine shifting points and sound plus the sense of speed but I can't do that on the passenger's side which always feels faster lol.

^^LOL! I laugh pretty hard when i read this. Anyone in the trunk will DEFINITELY "feel" the pulls..... and i'm pretty sure they will get certain "purple" spots.

^^^^ anyone else notice these bogus profiles popping up lately? The one above me.

They post word for word replies that have already been posted and every thread they post in are within seconds of the other. Never creates a thread.... I saw these a few years back but just noticed a couple of these profiles popping up again. When you look at all their posts it has a Web link to a life insurance page.
