Default Is350 brakes are squeaky even after driving for 4k km

I changed the brakes & rotors about 4k km ago to the oem ones. Low dust pads from sewell lexus. These are the front brakes and rotors and ever since I changed it they have been sqeaking ridiculously loud. Even when the car is warmed up it still squeaks. Most my commute is under 10 minute so it's always squeaking what should I do.

Just to confirm, you installed both new pads AND rotors? Was this up front AND rear, or just up front? Did you install any new hardware? Re-lube everything? Did you "bed-in" the new pads and rotors per well-known online procedures?

Try the shim kit on sewell... I had the same issue and once I put that in I haven't had a single sound.

Don't stock come with shims? I bought my IS used, so I can't say if the pads had ever been replaced or not, but I had shims on mine when I replaced the pads a few months ago. Wouldn't you just transfer the shims? I didn't because I used akebono pads which apparently don't need them.

Shim kit will fix it. Worked perfect for me.

Even if the pads come with an intergrated shim built-in, it is still recommended to run at least one shim. My fronts currently have StopTech Street pads (no intergrated shim), one OEM shim, and one OEM anti-squeal shim. NEVER have had any noise-related issues to speak of.

^^^^^ i took his advice.

Stocks do come with shims... but this kit has a set with a rubber backing that the stocks don't have. It's cheap give it a shot.

honestly its prob the only thing you need to do.

I changed my pads with new oem and rotors freshly turned... and i was dealing with what you are for a couple weeks. It sucked cause I knew everything was all good... but it sounded like I was destroying my rotors. Anti squeal shim kit on... been silent the way it should be ever since.
