Why are you replacing the rotors? They last way more than 70k miles. Just replace the pads....
The dealer aka stealer will always want you to buy more stuff, they tried to sell me NEW rotors at 25k miles..haha

Thanks to everyone. After most of the day researching and taking pictures etc...it appears the stoptech.com lead might work. I was able to order all 4 rotors and brake pads for about $1350. And they swear they will fit.
If they don't then I will still save some money through is.Sewellparts.com and ordering the OEM's. Will still save a total of about $600.
As for the possibility of "machining" or resurfacing the current rotors, apparently the drilled nature of them will not allow it. The shaving device gets caught up in the holes....or so I was told.
Regards,

Stoptech is good company to deal with and they actually make F Sport BBK for Lexus. I'm glad you are able to save money.
I have recently purchased Stoptech rotors for both my cars through their distributor www.autoanything.com and everything worked out very nicely. The rotors fit like OEM.
Oh I get to say, you are baller going with the expensive FSport big brake kit!!!!

Unless the old rotors are in really bad condition (groves, ect) or to thin there in no need to resurface your old rotors if you buy the same OEM pads. I never resurface rotors and get 3-4 sets of pads to my rotors. It is worth a try and will save you a lot of cash.

That said, even on OE pads, if you have the high-friction Textar T4146 pads that the early USA-spec and most Canada-spec 2IS models had, eat rotors quite a bit faster than most Toyota/Lexus pads. My rotors were almost at the minimum spec when changing the pads for the first time on my 2011.
