im looking to save rotational mass...by put front/rear two piece rotors. RB brakes makes a front two piece but not a rear. Does anyone know of a company out there where I can send my rear rotor in for size/dimensions and make me a custom 2 piece rotor??

I was going to suggest RB before reading your post. Have you contacted them to see if they would do it? You might also try FIGs, I think they have done some work with RB on both IS F and ISx50 brake rotors/kits.
