Hey guys, I'm about to purchase a set of cree LED lights that will replace my DRLs/ hibeams.
I will be purchasing this from HIDPH one of the vendors here on CL.
This kit apparently allows you to use the hibeams as opposed to the basic led lights one might pick up. Resistor is built in so no extra modules will be needed and space can be saved.

My question:
Does anyone have any pictures of what a 5500k LED DRL would look like? particularly helpful if its on an is250!

Im trying to get this look and I've determined its either 5000k or 5500k... not sure!!!!!!
Its SFFD103's old car, but he hasn't been online for the last little while!!

that looks a lots like 5000k.
I'm in same boat as you are..Mine did not come with OEM HID so I can't give up the highbeam
Was looking into those high power LED for a while, but not sure if they will fit in the housing with the dust cap tho. Also flickering is my other concern...

yeah I'm beginning to lean more towards 5000k!

Looks great. Im not a fan of those piercing lights some people get. It should be a "calm" white temperature like that pic!

Bump! anyone know the exact temp.? Id hate to order the wrong ones.. placing an order in the next few days!
