Default Oil residue near sensor/plug?

Hi Guys,

Just recently bought 2011 IS350 off a dealer.

I noticed that there is a small oil residue near the plug shown on the picture attached. (Circled blue).
Just wondering what sort of plug/sensor is that and is this minor issue such as changing the seal on the plug?

Thanks,

Felix

The screw may had became loose over time of driving. Tighten it up and should be fine.

^Remember to torque to spec to not break/strip it! If it still leaks, looks like only a simple O-ring would be needed to fix the issue. Not sure what that sensor there is for.

Thanks guys, cleaned up the oil residue last night. drove to work this morning and the oil residue came back.
I have not try to tighten the screw yet, will try it tonight and otherwise maybe just replace the O-Ring. Thanks for the reply guys.
