Are niche wheels VIA, JWL etc., certified?
Thought I would post this question here, as not many RX owners mod their cars much. But I am looking to get new wheels for my RX F sport and came across Niche road wheels, made by MHT alloys. The price is good, style is what I like, but I was wondering whether they meet the VIA and JWL criteria. Does anyone know? I will call them tomorrow to verify, but thought I would throw this question out here first. I have read many folks' opinions (mainly on BMW and Mercedes sites) that if you are going to spend money on aftermarket wheels, to make sure they meet the ViA/JWL criteria. Any thoughts? I really don't want to break the bank, but am willing to spend up to $400 per wheel if they are better quality.
Thanks for any input and/or recommendations

Unless I am seriously mistaken....which I doubt, Niche Wheels have been around longer than Vossens. If thats so, Niche can't copy them. I remember Niche wheels way back in the early 1990's. First time I noticed them was on 1992 SC300 and fell in love. Even if my dates are off I know for sure Niche was around long before Vossens.

Yeah, I get that. I realize that often in life you get what you pay for. Heck, that's why I bought a lexus. But I don't know if vossens are worth double the price, when their load rating isn't as high as what i am looking at, and I haven't seen any thing to bring their quality into question. I was hoping to get th e feedback of someone who has had a set of niches for a while. I guess maybe I will have to bite the bullet and see how they are. At $229 per wheel, they are on the less expensive side, but maybe they would suit my purposes without spending $2500+ on the vossens

I had niches back in the day. Both are nice wheels. If you're on a budget then go for Niches, they have some sick wheels. MADE in USA! Bam that's what I dig. Now Vossens made some wheels in so called Asia but have a plant in Fl. Nothing wrong with either just your preferences. If you have concerns bout Niche call them up. I've read that load rating is bs but I'm no expert on the matter. I've hit potholes on cheap and expensive wheels, they WILL break.
