Give it some time and try to start it again while pressing on the gas pedal a little. I think you can also hold down the start button to crank it more.

Pressing the gas won't do anything; we don't have carbs!

Anyhow, the fuel lines were probably drained completely. How long or how many times did you try restarting the car? I hope you didn't burn up the fuel pump.

Just thought I'd ask, did you put the gear shift back to "Park"? (just in case you mistakenly left it on "Neutral" after pushing the vehicle to the gas station), It's just that I have made this mistake before.

I tried restarting it 3 times and the engine wouldn't even turn over idk I hope I didn't if I have time tomorrow I might take it to a shop I just don't see why it wouldn't even turn over?

Yes I double checked that it was in park for The same reason that I have actually done that before too haha .. But still nothing my gauges move when I hit the start button but I don't even hear the engine click or even try to turn over

Do you hear the fuel pump priming as you turn on the ignition (without foot on the brake)? If not, you might have burnt the fuel pump by running on empty. You could also check the fuse panel and see if the fuse was blown.
Good luck.

^Well, according to the OP now there is NOTHING happening when pressing the START button. If at the very least, when he would hit it once, the electrics should start. But sounds like that doesn't even happen now.

The only thing that comes to mind would be if the fuel pump fuse is somehow tried into the fusible link, and that blew? IDK, very odd situation.

Could it be alternator died? The low gas could just be a coincidence.

Ok

guys so I'm back idk if some of u got to read my last post were I ran out o gas and my car wouldn't turn over so I found out my car was burning out my efi fuse so I started looking around and found that when I did a straight pipe on my car the shop didn't face my exhaust down and ended up burning some wires out in the back of my Lexus so I rewired them and my car started right up! But a long with those wires that go to a sensor in my trunk that I don't no what its for if u guys have any info on that pls let me no its by your spare tire..

Theirs a big black box and a little box that has a filter on it that also got melted along with some vacume hoses do u guys no what those boxes are fore what their called what they do? Their under the car in the back under the spare tire if that makes sense?

^OMG! LOL! Glad to see you're back on the road. Not sure what that half-melted box used to be; but now its a paperweight!
