so I know there's threads on this so if you're just gonna say go look then no need to comment ..if anyone can just let me know what I need to get in order it to work..I know I need the reciver but do I need a wiring kit also or is my car ready for it? thanks guys

You'll need the harness kit as well as the tuner and the mounting bracket. Or you could fabricate your own bracket if need-be. I've been wanting to add it to my car as well but finding the harness is the hard part. Tuners are everywhere on eBay.
