Hey guys, I am planning on getting a invidia midpipe soon. I was wondering if with the midpipe I could pass emission/inspection in the state of Virginia.
I know that I would have to take two of the 4 cats out in the back.
Also, I have an F-sport intake, if that makes any difference.

It will pass as long as the engine light is not on...and just pray they don't do a visual inspection, but I know Virginia is pretty strict. My advise would be to scope some places out, check and see how they inspect other vehicles before you get yours tested.

How about texas? The guy I deal with doesn't have a lift to check the car.

All they have to do is look under it...they are supposed to, but many don't. Just scope the place out, and if they don't look you should be fine.
