Default Pet seat cover recomendations

Hey all so Im loiking to see if anyone else has pet seat covers in their isx50's? I'm going on a couple week road trip this summer in my is350 from arizona to Minnesota and I have to bring my dog due to my normal dog sitters being unavailable and can't put him in a boarding faculty due to health reasons. He is a 80lb german shepherd so he sheds a lot. I'm looking for something that's gonna be thick to protect the leather from his claws and preferably 4 sided to keep the fur inside the bed.

I put a blanket over my back seat and tuck it into the seat and then I picked up a rear seat pet cover that is thicker and hooks to the back seat and front seat head rests. I got the cover from a Ross store for like $15.

For several years, going back to my GS, I have used the same pet hammock for my GSD. I am unable to find online what I have, but it is a type of denier nylon on the topside and rubber like coating on the underside, making it waterproof – which is good because she can get car sick on longer rides. It has about a 4" lip on the sides. Do a search for dog car hammocks, and you should be able find something appropriate.

What I have has worked great for years, protecting the seats and keeping the fur contained.

This will give you an idea what it looks like. http://perksnearme.com/locations/sea...car-seat-cove/

Had a 90 lb plus sheepdog. Used a sleeping bag in the back seat for him. Its thick enuf even if you open it up and usually can be tied to head rests to keep in place. And can be washed when needed
