I recently purchased a 2011 IS250 and would like to put back the stock "L" emblems. I have been reading some forums and they say use dental floss to remove but I have not found exact details on how to remove both the front and rear emblems. Any help would be much appreciated.

Typically what you need to do is have the emblem/car good and warm. If it's a dark car park ti in the sun for a while and work the floss under the emblem. make a saw motion while pulling it through and it should cut through the adhesive pretty easily. You might even use a hairdryer to heat the emblem up to make removal easier.

I just did mine, and its really that easy! It is just double sided adhesive tape...
