2006 Lexus IS 250 navigation
My IS250's navigation screen climate control stopped working. I noticed that the screen would just turn off a couple of times while driving, then the screen would turn black and had lines and it would freeze and my bluetooth won't connect. I turned the AC on right before it totally gave out, and so there is no way for me to turn it off as the buttons don't work. So I took it someone and he made it worse and now i can't put my windows down, so i finally took it to the dealer and they said i need to get the whole thing replaced. Does anyone know where i can get one for a reasonable price.

You can usually find used units on eBay for a fraction of the price of new.
The windows thing is probably because he disconnected the battery; you can reset them by following the instructions linked in the FAQ thread at the top of the forum; see here: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...isconnect.html
You can probably turn off your a/c by using voice command. Try pushing the talk button on the steering wheel and saying "air conditioner off" (hope I remembered that right)

Sounds like you've experienced what I went through :

I ended up coming to the conclusion that a power supply went out, and I had two opinions to fix the issue :
1) purchase a new NAV unit
2) have an experienced ebay seller fix it
Ended up finding a local seller willing to sell a clean '08 NAV unit for only $400. So I ended up going that route.
Good luck!
