Default Replacing fuses

Hi there. I just got a 2009 IS250 and the forward cigarette lighter/AUX power port is dead. I suspect a fuse and have looked at the fuse block under the glove compartment. The fuses are VERY close together, and I'm wondering what the best way to remove these things is. I don't really want to stick metal needle nose pliers up in there....

Thanks,
Karl

There's a fuse remover and spare fuses in the engine bay fuse box on the driver side.
