Default What are these called and where can I find them

So I think they are se tuned rear canards. But as soon as I try to look me up I can find a thing on them. So can anyone give me some info on them?

Yes, AIT racing. Also sold as "SE Tuned" by Speedelement in San Jose, CA.

Not of the same quality. There's a few options on eBay, but they are pretty thin and look wavy.
