Looks great! You might still clear just fine. If you can send me some measurements of the clearance I can see if it will be an issue for you. The Splitter/Lip isn't much lower than stock. It mainly sticks out a little further, but it follows the curvature of the bumper so I haven't had any complaints about clearance
