Lost Key fob for my 07 is250
I lost my only key fob to my 07 is250. Ive already replaced it ($400 later) but If i get another one that was origionally to a 2012, will I be able to program it to mine? The fobs look the same....

the dealership will have to program it. It will work. If you ask nicely they might do it for a discount or for free. 
I have 4 key fobs for mine. I had key replacement coverage so every year i would pretend i lost one and get another fo-free lol. risk prevention at its finest
