Those numbers are faster than a 2005 GTO and around as fast as the 2011-2015 Mustang GT, in good conditions, and most of us know that both of those cars would easily beat a stock or headers-equipped IS350. So yes, those numbers are BS if he claims he's anywhere near to stock. He likely has a small shot of nitrous.
Call BS all you want. The guy is a well known 2IS and IS-F member and also a forum moderator. He has one of the fastest IS-F also. Take a look at his thread:

https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...all-motor.html

Here is his video running 12s:

Finally made it into the 12's with the help of mother nature. 35F, wind was calm and pressure was 30.50. First two runs were done with front passenger seat removed along with the spare/jack. Third run done with full interior. Mods are JoeZ intake, Tanabe exhaust, custom midpipe, R compound tires, Eibach springs.
Like I said. With the right condition, slicks, and mods. You can easily hit high 12s on the IS350. Not to mention with the right amount of weight reduction also.

I was able to run 13.1 with minor weight reduction, intake, midpipe, and axle-back. But I also had rear spoiler, roof spoiler, front, rear lip and 19 inch wheels. If I had 17s with slicks and a bit of weight reduction, I have no doubt in my mind I could have reached high 12s.

My overall goal for my car is to run in the 12 second range, currently only have a AFE intake after only owning the car a couple months, catback and midpipes are coming soon, and maybe headers. after that i'll most likely be looking into adding a 50-75 shot of nitrous.

With bolt on and 50 shot you shouldn't have any problem hitting high 12 sec.

I was hoping to get as close as i can to the 12.99 mark on motor, before spraying it. I have a set of 275/40/17 Mickey Thompson drag radials on stock IS250 wheels to try and help the 60ft.

Headers, intake, exhaust with DR + good weather will definitely put you in the high 12s.

Your best was 12.8 sec? As quick as IS-F.

I'm glad to see some another 13.2 stock on and IS350! I got my 13.2@105 full stock, full weight, and street tires simply by choosing the right day to go drag racing.

Without a doubt, there is a 12.99 in there if you get lighter rims, rotors, battery, exhaust, and headers. But even then, you'll have to go on a cold day.

Drag radials aren't all that necessary on the IS350 because a proper burnout gives it enough traction not to slip first gear and I don't think any all-motor IS350 ever broke under 1.9 for 60'

Caymandiver is legit and he and I have been drag racing IS350 since 2006 and the IS-F since 2008. He's always been beating me and I'm always second but then he's got a little better DA being in NE.

With intake, custom midepipe and exhaust. I'll take my IS350 for first time this summer for 1/4 miles run. I'll be a very happy camper if I hit low 13 sec.

^It takes practice! So get as many passes in that you can. Bring your helmet and wear pants (pants might be a requirement of the track).

I hit a new person best time of 13.2 sec @ 104 in a 1/4 mile at the track yesterday. My car is all stock on stock 18's. Only thing my car has is Coilovers and a drop in K&N filter in the stock air box. I'm surprised what these cars can do. I took out my spare tire and subs. Kept passenger and my rear seats in. Not bad for being stock. Anyone else have 1/4 mile times they liked to share? Maybe there's a thread about this out there that I didn't see?
Nice times, what track was this at?
