2008 Lexus is250 AWD, 100k miles had the carbon build up zla campaign done last month ... Now on to the crazy ****!!!
Car vibrates in steering wheel when I come to a stop with my headlights on ... I turn my headlights off vibration goes away, spent a month straight trying to track down what's going on. And here it goes.... I've replaced the ALTanator 6 times, yes that's right 6 times every single one the voltage regulator burns up ! I have also replaced the battery, and ground cable, the car DOES NOT die, no warning lights and has never not started , I can not figure out for the life of me why this is happening, if you provide help that's results in fixing the issue I will PayPal you 200$!!!

When you are at idle with the headlights on the car vibrates ?
If so there's probably a short in the wiring of the headlights. If they removed the whole engine for the recall, they probably damaged a wire while doing so. Try to locate the problematic light. Does it do it when you use one turn signal only ? If not, try unplugging one complete headlight and see if it's still doing it.
If you can't figure it out call the dealer that did the recall.

Well just dropped it back off at Lexus ... I have to pay 131.80 a hour till they find out what's going on ... Let's just say I'm not happy and I will REFUSE to pay if it's a wiring problem that was caused from there previous work .... I just can't figure out how and WHY the voltage reg is failing but no warning lights or dead battery????
