^That "CVT" transmission with the electric motors and additional "4-sp" box is impressive nonetheless! But the $40k budget will only purchase about half of that car is my guess.
On a $40k budget (which is what I'd be looking at in the next few years), I'll probably be looking at a used 6th gen 1LE pkg Camaro that I can add a S/C onto. Or if the Mustang can go on a diet and loose some more weight, I'll consider a track pkg GT and a Hellion TT upgrade.

Sigh... its a shame Ford didnt do the same. I love mustangs and all things Ford to be honest and always saw myself owning one (dont ask why i have a lexus) but Ford messed up by adding weight to the mustang IMO. It also helps that my brother recently got a G8 GT and I am now in love with the LS series of engines from GM. (Yes i know its an L76 but close enough to an LS2)

BMW is the only car I would get after Lexus any other brand imo is up on preference all brands have some type of sport, commuter, reliability, its really what you find most in a car. For Cars brand is everything, Since your like all about wow this car is sweeet, i recommend manual, true enthusiastic drivers car, RWD nothing smaller than inline 6 unless u want reliability 4 banger. P.S. BMW are just better cars Get honda if u want all around car for example Honda s2k

I very seriously considered the M235i a couple of times, but ultimately decided that spending some money on making my IS what I wanted it to be would make me happier than having to deal with BMW problems, haha.
If I didn't want to have a manual transmission though, I probably would have a 2015 IS350 F-Sport RWD right about now.
