The IS250/IS350 F-Sport Factory Package made its debut with the 2011 models.

The F-Sport Accessories Package made its debut around 2007/2008.

F-Sport models started for the 2010 model year (later 2009 production) for everywhere except the USA (including Canada), and then in 2011 for the USA.

As was said the various accessories were introduced a couple of years earlier by Lexus USA.
