Anyone try an ISF front sway bar on an IS350?
The ISF front sway bar is supposed to be the same width as the F Sport sway bar. Only difference I believe is less compliant bushings.
Since it's no longer possible to just order the front F Sport sway by itself, I'm curious if anyone has tried an OEM ISF front sway on an IS350? If so, any fitment issues? Also, what were your driving impressions?
I already have the rear f-sport sway so buying another set just to get the front is too much hassle.

I have the IS F front sway bar on my 2011. I swapped out from the F-Sport to the IS F bar as I was getting some clunking from the F-Sport bar in cold weather (below -5C) that I didn't care for. The IS F bar is actually a larger diameter (just slightly) than the F-Sport bar. That said, both are hollow and the IS F bar has a thinner wall thickness.
Obviously I didn't cut them open to measure the exact differences, but the IS F bar is noticeably lighter then the F-Sport. In practice the IS F bar is slightly less stiff than the F-Sport and so lends itself to oversteer a bit more when coupled with the F-Sport rear bar. I like it, a good balance.
The bushings used on the IS F bar are far superior to the ones that come with the F-Sport kit and I no longer experience any odd sounds from the front suspension.
If you have a 2006-2008 ISx50 the bar is a direct fit, if you have a 2009-2013 you will need end links from an IS F or a 2006-2008 ISx50 as they are different.

How would you compare the stiffness of the ride of the ISF sway to the stock is350 one? Much stiffer or only slightly?

When I did the F-Sport sway bars I did both front and rear, which was significantly different from the stock sway bars. I never ran the F-Sport rear with the stock ISx50 front, so I can't comment on the difference that would make, although during diagnosis for the clunking I did drive the car without a front sway bar and I can tell you that made a very noticeable difference (though still not as bad as I expected, to be honest!).
That said, I would definitely say it's worth getting the front bar, the balance of the car is very nice with the IS F front and F-Sport rear. I wouldn't change it I don't think.

Hmmm. I've had the F-Sport front and rear sways for quite some time now and am actually considering the IS F front after reading Jeff's review.
Funny thing is I did have clunking with the F-Sports shortly after install, but my guy tweaked some things and haven't had an issue since. Just looking to change things up and see how it feels.
