Default Gauge Cluster Needles

Hey guys, I need help with two things involving gauge cluster needles.

First, could anyone provide me with a picture of what the gauge cluster looks like when the car is off. If trying to see the position of the needles so i know exactly where to set mine too.

Second, for anyone that has ever removed the needles... I have removed my gas needle, and I can get it to start in the right place, but then once I drive and turn the car off it goes out of whack again. Is there a way to correctly get these situated so that It snugs right on the "E" instead of a centimeter to the left of it?

Thanks,
Matt

Found this on google :

The temp and fuel needles are ''off the zone'' when car is not running. This is normal. May-be not 1 centimeter, but still!

As for the positionning, I had tried once on one of my old Civics and it turned out to be a freaking mess. There was a spring inside that controlled the movement and I fckeud it up when removing it. Hopefully you didn't make the same mistake.

Good luck, worst case scenario you need a new cluster. lol

Thanks!

I know there's some trick to tighten them like rotating them clockwise and counterclockwise a certain way.. just can't remember how haha so I'm hoping someone will remember!
