Thanks for all the replies. I drove the mk6 Gti 2 days ago and didn't really like it. The ride felt pretty high from the ground (Yeah I couldn't believe it) even though it is a small car. I drove my friend's mk7 gti and didn't feel the same way. My top choices are CT200h and IS250. I know a lot of guys here suggested me to get the IS350 for the extra horsepower but I really don't care about horsepower, I like the look of IS250/350 and mpg is more important for me than horsepower.
I want to go drive both ct200h and is250 to see which one i like more. Ct200h although is way slower, it looks sportier. IS250 is more of a classy sedan with better performance. I really like all the things that both cars offer.
CT200h = Reliable, Excelent mpg, sporty look/classy(Lexus badge), ok performance for an average driver
IS250 = Reliable, good mpg, Classy look, good performance
I don't know how good the leg space is in ct200h compared to IS250 but I assume it is smaller I am not sure, also since 2nd gen IS250 has been in production since 2005, it looks a little dated compared to CT200, but no offense here guys, I still love the look of it.
I am just gonna choose the one that I like more while driving it. I think that is the best way to choose it because as I said both of them have their own pros and cons that makes it hard to choose.

250 comes MT until 2012 AWD/RWD all years, 350 is RWD until 2010, Optional AWD after 2010. AT for all years.
Good luck with your decision.
250 also has carbon build up issue. so beware of that.

Update :
Just fueled up a few minutes ago. I did 286kms and put 39.46L (13.79L/100km - 17.07 MPG)
Weather : Around 0c (32F)
Mode : PWR Mode
Driving : Very smoothly - a few hard accelerations but nothing extreme
AWD IS250 are rated 20 MPG city / 27 MPG Highway so this is OK I assume. I manage to get 20MPG on regular mode.

My IS350 gets 21 mpg mixed city/hwy. Honestly, a few miles to the gallon difference only equates to no more than $5 extra per fill up.
IS250s are plagued by the notorious carbon buildup issue, which can pop up multiple times during the life of the vehicle. Out of pocket, this is not a cheap fix. IS350s do not have this issue.

IS350 is also more reliable because of port and direct fuel injectors. IS250 only have direct fuel injectors like BMW with cause carbons build up and engine issue.

Thanks for the heads up about the IS250 issues. I will test drive the IS350, then decide if I want the CT200h or the 350. A friend of mine is pushing me for a 2012 BMW 328i which is a 4cyl with good mpg but honestly I don't think buying a usd bmw is a good idea. Another friend's BMW 3 series turbo went out and it was a 4k fix.

Well, this is my first time posting but I must resurrect this topic...I need help....I bought a 2011 lexus is350 awd with 64,000mi at the beginning of the year and now 68,000mi. I've done a couple of maintenance items, air filter, engine oil and filter, transmission oil and filter, Front and rear differentials, antifreeze and breaks. My question is ....im getting about 12 mpg and I drive 50% highway 50% city. Why am I getting low mpg

Next probbaly reset ECU. Then reset the cluster mpg. You hold the button that circulates the dash views mpg, temp, speed etc...
Last calculate mpg at the pump gallons to miles driven.

Have you changed spark plugs? They are every 60k miles. Clean throttle body as well. I'd also recommend cleaning your MAF sensor. With CRC Maf cleaner.

PS - don't forget to check for brake drag and tire pressure.
Nearly 50/50 city / highway 350 RWD is pretty much always 21.5 to 22.5 MPG.

Thank you all for your prompt response....i forgot to mention I did change the spark plugs with denso oem and cleaned the maf sensor...I checked the throttle body yesterday and it's clean as a while.... my tire pressure is 38psi (probably reaches 40 psi when driven) I have no break drag. what I have not done is the mesh before the maf sensor...I will try to clean that today with maf cleaner..thanks to all.
