I have a 2010 Lexus IS 250 sedan. I was curious if you could take the newer head unit, ie 2013 sedan or 2015 convertible and put it into my model. I have the stock sound system as well. Would like to get the newer look into my older model.

Hmmmmm, though I cannot answer this specific question, I can say with 100% accuracy that a '08 NAV will work fine in a '06. Did this very thing to my 2IS.
