Default HELP! 2009 F-Sport bumper conversion - parts??

Thinking about junping back into the Lexus game.
I hope to figure out a full parts list (or kit) to do a 2011/2012 front fsport bumper conversion for my 09 IS...
Sewell used to sell a conversion kit but they have closed up shop!
Your help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

My original bumper keeps popping out and my OCD goes crazy. I'm in no hurry as I need to get new wheels, tires, and maybe springs first.

I followed this exact link do do mine. It was very helpful when I converted my 07. Just keep in mind that not all holes will line up at the fender and under the bumper unless you plan to buy the fender liners and under engine cover.

Will it be loose and fly off in a car wash?

It shouldn't. If you do it right it should be secure even if you don't have the bolts on the bottom.

Did you have to order any screws or did you just reuse screws from the original bumper?
