Default Front Damage, estimates?

Got into an accident due to poor road layout and uhhh...

Was wondering what you guys think how bad the damages is and how much would it cost? I don't want body shops trying to rip me so I would like some general knowledge of where I'm at in this situation. It's a 2006 Lexus is250.

Thanks guys.

When my accord was damage almost like that but a little more and they wanted $10,000. Why not let your insurance cover it?

New hood, grille, fender, bumper cover, headlight. With no internal damage, about $5k. With internal damage, possibly totaled on a 2006.

Long story short, my brother changed the insurance without telling anyone so I have to pay out of pocket for the damages.

Here's some updated photos, nothing seems damaged internally besides this one bent part here

idk how accurate any general ideas from members will be. the pictures also can't really assess all the damages, I recommend taking to dealer for an estimate as well as several independent shops. The dealer estimate will be a good sort of control group to compare the independent shops to (since they should be couple grand less). also compare the estimate reports for the prices of parts, paint, and labor as these all vary shop by shop

good luck

Im sorry for your accident. Sucks to be in your position but hey maybe you can upgrade your cars look if the damage isnt too extensive.

Most importantly glad youre ok.

Like mentioned its hard to give estimates on damage because we cant see under the body work to see if any major components are damaged.

It's not bad at all. That little part you circled comes out by removing the 2 bolts and is rarely cheap at the dealer but your top radiator support is also bent which I believe is also relatively cheap. You're looking at max $5k with labor from a reputable shop.
