I'm having this same issue for nearly 4 years now with mine.
All
the fuses are working on clean,clock and hazard lights come on when I click the button but everything else is not working at all Idk why
any suggestions

This didn’t work for me. Fuses in and out are good. Could the battery be bad again? I bought it 9 months ago but never hooked it up til 2 weeks ago. Insufficient power/battery source?
