Installing 2014 ISx50 F-Sport seats in a 2007
I got a deal on some black F Sports seats. I noticed that wiring is a little different so I took the 3 plugs with their wires off the donor car. Yellow seat air bag, grey (?) , white power to the seats. I don't care about heated or cooled seats just want the later seat. Looks like I have to change out the seat belt on the seat to the old one to accept the belt in my 2007 and looks like the yellow air bag plug has to be changed out on my car to accept the new seat plug. Anyone ever do this?

People have posted about doing it/acquiring the seats, but no confirmation on a swap. IIRC anyways... Supposedly it lines up to the 2IS seat holes, don't quote me on that though. If you know what wire goes to everything you need on the 3IS chair harness, you can just splice it into your existing harness. You can find both seat wiring diagrams on Toyota's TIS site (Should be $15 for a 2 day pass of downloading and saving as much as you want).
I'd like to see some pics/a writeup if you do tackle it.

They physically fit, yes; but the wiring will not, obviously. But how to change them over, that will be something no one has posted about successfully doing...yet.

Project abandoned. The seat wiring is different. 3 issues 1 Figuring out power to move the motors was not hard. 2 Yellow air bag plug is a different plug. I did not want to splice it or put a dummy in. 3 Last plug is the seat sensors. Did not want to mess with that either.
So what I did was find some black seats in 2nd gen for my interior change and use them. Same plugs on the driver side however the passenger side uses a seat sensor system. Some model years they used some not. I had one plug left over on the passenger side that when not plugged in will throw a CEL for seat belt not on passenger and also disable the passenger front bag. Which actually is a good thing if you want to disable the front air bag only. I also had the driver seat pad replaced and had bolsters made a 1/2 taller for more support. Here is a shot with the new carpet , driver seat and console back in. I also had the console and and Windows control panels on each door carbon fiber hydro dipped.
I ended up having all the black leather and trim transferred to my original seat frame. Now everything is the same no CEL.
Lesson learned : Toyota like all manufacturers Chang some basic items from year to year.
