Default Cluster Removal - Stuck

Looking for any help here as I am trying to get my cluster out and send it in to get the needles repaired. Everything was a breeze until I was ready to try and pull the cluster out. It's as if my steering wheel does not tilt as much as I see everyone's elses in the YouTube videos I have watched. Does anyone have any pointers that has gone through this process? I am so close to getting this sucker out. Thanks!

Hi, Tanin Auto Electronix here. We are vendors on the site and can offer some assistance. Here is a link to our 2006+ Lexus IS-F IS250 IS350 Gauge Cluster Repair Service:

There is no extra charge to change the color of the lighting, so it is a good time to customize your dash when it is with us for the needle repair! Let us know if you have any questions at all. We are always happy to help out!
