Greetings,
I was just wondering if the center climate/radio from a 2010 is250 fit in a 2006 is250? the regular radio, not the navigation one
sorry if this was answered already, I tried to search with no answers

From what I have researched, you could only use the 2007 unit. They seem to go in groupings where you could swap 2008-2009, and so on. A good way to check is to search the wrecking/recycling yards. They seem to bring up the years that are compatible.
